Still haven’t received product 3 weeks later
I ordered 3 weeks ago and I’m yet to receive my order.
You cannot get hold of them via phone, they have a random 3rd party outsourced for their WhatsApp and they do not reply, and finally I have had minimal luck with email. Luandri occasionally replies but only to promise it’s coming.
