The product is exceptionally made and a great piece of work. The leather belt sheath that comes with the blade adds that special touch of class. The Christmas delivery struggles became an issue with my order, but they went above and beyond by offering a voucher to have under the tree and a discount voucher for a future purchase. In the end they managed to get it there on Christmas Eve. Again, above and beyond!
