Poor performance and communication from Braaiplank.co.za

I ordered 2 X Knifes from them on the 30/11/2025 and received email telling me how they are rush my order and the box is too big. But until now no shipping to me.No reply from Whatsapp, email or the phone just that they are very busy. I will not deal with them again.
