Good service given to a difficult client!!

Ordered a Braaiplank form Braaiplank for Fathers day. They were overthrown with orders and could not deliver on time. This is understandable but they kept in contact and apologized profusely for the delay. When the Braaiplank arrived I was unhappy with the quality of product and contacted them immediately. They replaced the product within two days with a better Braaiplank. We all understand that things go wrong but the effort they put in to correct it was wonderful and I must thank them for their service and the way they handled it. Thank you very much (he was over the moon with his Braaiplank)! Kitta
