Communication not good at all.

I ordered on the 25 of Novemeber 2025 and added to my order on the 28 of November . I was instructed that the order will be dispatched on the 8th of December 2025 and that a tracking number will be sent.

I tried to contact them via whatsapp and facebook and calls but no luck.

I have ordered previously and communication is not very good.

I would recomend buying from them but encourage braaiplank to communicate better.

i asked them to contact me as soon as possible to give me my products that i ordered and paid. i still need to send them aswell before Christmas.
