I shared a complaint about courier costs I had to fork out for a return of the product. They contacted me personally and it was a very positive experience clearing the air between us. They refunded me and I do understand that it was a misunderstanding. Very friendly customer relations person. I wish them good luck and will keep on looking at their products!
