Bad packaging damaged goods

At first I received the wrong order. Eventually we received the correct order but it was terribly packaged and items were damaged as all 12 braai broodjie baskets were just thrown in a massive box. I complained but received no apology and was told that it will be taken up with the Courier guy. I doubt the Courier guy is responsible for the individual packaging but clearly it is easier to pass the buck than to take ownership of the problem. I certainly won't order from them again.
