If I could give zero stars I would. I placed my order on the 5th Dec. It's now the 10th and I still have not recieved a tracking code or communication that my item is dispatched. I am now leaving home and haven't recieved the item which is meant to be a gift. I phoned the number and sent a msg on WhatsApp and via email with zero response. The website says it's delivered within 2-3 days, this is a blatant lie. I'll be asking my bank to reverse this charge. ****
