Appalling service

I am extremely dissatisfied and appalled by the service received from braai block. I ordered online and had requested delivery,this was around 16:02, I waited a good 2 hours before being told the store is not answering calls.I than decided to fetch the order seeing it wouldn’t be deliver. The victor service agent that dealt with my query and absolutely no remorse. Upon getting to the store I was told the order had been prepared and has been sitting there the driver hasn’t collected it.on top of the inconvenience caused I will have to wait 2 days to get my reimbur*****t

I think you can do better, this isn’t how a business should be treating their customers. Braaiblock comaro
