Unprofessional Franchise

This store is totally unprofessional. We ordered for food via a phone call. We went to collect an hour later and still the the food was not ready. When we got there they only started preparing for the food. After that they let me pay for the food and then tell me later that what I’ve ordered isn’t available I should choose something else . I wanted a refund they couldn’t refund all my money as they had no change . I’m never going there again and sharing this to the rest to see as this is not the first but third time something like this occurs.
