Disgusted at the service @ Braai Block

This place is a mess, we ordered food and waited for an hour only for them to tell us that what we ordered is not available. This is the second time in a week that we experience such horrible service. The cashier seemed drunk and took orders only when she felt like it without apologizing to customers that were still in line waiting to place their order.

The staff laughs and can hardly offer an apology for the inconvenience they’ve caused. Definitely a great establishment but the staff need to learn how to treat their customers. I’m a DISSATISFIED customer who would never recommend the place.
