Bad service

I head bad service there 27 may 2020 ordered food via whatsapp ok they told me that When they done they will inform 13h35 receive msg please come collect your food when arrive there stand outside for 15 min.and was very cold cool after 17min i go inside who send the msg that order done know one knows .I told them that i will complain abaut service. Other lady by name Lindiwe come to me said if want to complain i can complain ok went home when arrive home order is wrong i whatsapp them to tell them order is wrong they say sorry again asked them to ask branch mananger to call me k want my money back no call from mananger till today and I want my money expecting feed on my cell phone ***
