Beware your next car service

In July Basel at BR Automotive apparently replaced my brake pads and sensor on my Jaguar. He charged me R2031.01 for the service. The brake warning light did not go out nor did the squeezing stop. On taking my car back he reassured me the brakes were in good condition. I started complaining to him the car was shuddering. He sold me 'lower control arms' worth R20 996.57 as the solution. The problem continued. I had my brakes checked by an independent service advisor who said they were completely worn down. Basel how does that happen?
