Complaint

My Geyser is dripping water, I went on Kanduwa app and B. Q. T electrical services returned the call and someone was assigned, goes by the name Gibson. Same day i didn't have hot water because they never said anything of flushing water. I contacted Gibson he never responded and the other guy he was with, both of them didn't answer. I then used the office number the guy told me he will contact them, this was Sunday morning..... 23rd i came back home and geyser is dripping water and no one wants to attend to it, they promised to come im still waiting. I stopped everything that i was supposed to do today waiting for them. I don't appreciate their service as for Gibson he saw i mistakenly paid him more, and when i ask about it, he just blue tick me, calls are not going through anymore. What a service... I just want my money back hence they unable to do the repairs.
