Why would I want to shop anywhere else......?

I have been dealing with Toolcraft for a number years now, and have purchased small tools to woodworking machines. Their service has been great. Prices are very competitive. Staff are competent and friendly. Delivery has been good too. There have been a few hick ups along the way, but all were easily rectified without a fuss. I don't see the necessity to shop anywhere else for woodworking tools.
