Satisfying, happy ending!

Earlier in 2019, I ordered a table saw from BPM Toolcraft. Once the machine arrived, it was established that it had a factory fault. This was reported to Toolcraft with photo-evidence and they promised to supply me with another machine, free of charge. As soon as the new stock arrived in South Africa, I promptly received a brand new machine. Toolcraft stands behind their product and deliver a service with it. I am very happy and grateful as a customer at this point and can really recommend BPM Toolcraft as a supplier.
