I ordered a Dremel 4000 with the works. Not only were they fast to send it to me, the price was also R100 cheaper than the nearest competitor which charged shipping too. Thank you for the efficient service. Can I suggest that you mail the client the tracking number and courier company name. By the time I figured out that you are using fast track, there was a ring at my door. Guess who...fast track with my parcel ... lol
