About five months back I came down to Cape Town and had the absolute pleasure of visiting your store in Plumstead, it felt as though I had died and gone to Heaven, there were just so many items to capture ones imagination that I think I could have stayed there all day. It was not only the wonderful items you have on display but also the staff you have working there, two of them went out of their way to answer questions and offer advice, unfortunately I am unable to recall either of their names but I was very impressed with the one with a beard who happened to have the same obsession I have with chisels, his enthusiasm, patience and love for the process of sharpening chisels was wonderful to watch and I could feel his love of the task even though I am not anywhere near his s**** level, the other one assisted around the shelves and he too had a wealth of knowledge, he to was friendly, patient and enthusiastic and how wonderful that both of them were more than willing to share their product knowledge with me.

I came away from the store feeling re-energized and motivated and it was certainly the highlight of my visit to Cape Town and I would be most grateful if you could extend my heartfelt appreciation to them both. As a result of that visit I recently placed and order online for about R1900 and here again I was not disappointed, the communications were faultless, the delivery was done quickly and the goods were very well packaged....as I live in the middle of nowhere and have to do all my ordering online and sight unseen I can assure you that it is quite often the most frustrating thing one can do and adds years onto your life so when I come across a online store such as yours that provides faultless pain free service I do believe you need to know I appreciate your efforts.
