Exemplary Service

Bought a collection of Dremel attachments, and one of these arrived faulty - a factory fault, nothing to do with Toolctraft as the box was still factory sealed. Contacted Toolcraft with pics, and Matthew stepped up to the plate and after confirming a few things telephonically and with pics and a video, he and Judy had the faulty unit courier collected and a replacement part courier delivered ... no issues at all from their side. This amazing service has gained them a customer friend! I'm now a Toolcraftian!
