EXCELLENT SERVICE

I ordered a Dremel rotary tool from BPM's online shop yesterday morning and it was delivered to my door this morning. The package was well enclosed in bubble wrap. I also received an unexpected email from Brian Thomas (the boss?) this morning thanking me for placing my business with him - great touch Brian, and much appreciated. I picked up a problem with the chuck and called them. Matthew listened to my description of the problem, and immediately arranged to collect the tool and drop off a new replacement tomorrow. Very impressive BPM, great service and great customer care. I'll definitely order from you guys again. Thanks, Adrian
