Excellent service!

Were there 10 stars to give, I would have given them 12! Never have I experienced such hands-on, personal service from an online store. Shortly after placing the order I received an email from the owner, Mr Brian Thomas, to thank me for my business. When there was a slight factory flaw with the product I simply let Mr Thomas know and he sent someone to come replace the item the very next day. I am completely and utterly impressed by their service, and will from now on only be buying my tools from BPM Toolcraft.
