Excellent in-store service

In-store experience is great. Staff are really knowledgeable and go out of their way to solve your problem. They did not have the exact replacement blade for a Millers Falls tool I brought in, but they were able to make a plan so I walked out happy. Ditto when I needed a blade for a very old Black & Decker jigsaw. Excellent service.
