BPM Toolcraft does not care about customers

After sending BPM Toolcraft 8 emails asking them to ensure the courier will deliver ONLY TO MY ADDRESS ... guess what ... they failed. I email them about twice a day, they do not even respond. My parcel is delivered but who know where.
