BPM Toolcraft 200% and 10 STARS

I bought an item on line. The wrong item that was dispatched to me, were replaced with the correct one within 3 working days after reported. Brian Thomas, didn't even want the wrong item back, said I must keep it and use it. This company gets 200% from me and I will buy from them again. Well done Brian and staff.
