This is the service you want. My order was placed online (no need to contact anyone at BPM) and was acknowledged within five minutes. The order was put together in 30 minutes and dispatched a bit later. Tracking was done and delivered on the promised date. And it doesn't even matter how small your order is, you're treated just as well as the big customers.

Now coupled with true special offers, what can anyone complain about. (Only maybe Strand Hardware comes close) Good service always wins. Keep it up guys. Cos nobody wants to go to poorly stocked Makro and Builders and deal with arrogant know-jack attendants. Kinda why DionWired went down - and nobody even noticed...wonder why.
