Bad online shopping experience ever.

Found this company online, called them & spoke to Christo regarding items that I had to purchase, I asked him how long with the parcel take as soon as I made payment, he said 3 days. So I made an immediate payment on my side and send through proof of payment. After 15 minutes I called him to check is he received my email he confirmed and said he will get back to me he’s checking with accounts. 2 hours later I called him back as he did not reply return my call, he said he just saw the payment & he’ll ship out ASAP. Next day I still have to call and ask if they have shipped out he says he’s still busy and that is about 12pm. Later in the day he sends the tracking number. 4 days later my parcel has not arrived and the shipping company doesn’t pick up calls since Friday. There’s only one update on the system that was made on Friday afternoon. Disappointed ☹️ by this service honestly.
