Very poor service from BPM

BPM is a printing company in Berea, Durban. They have given us very poor service. We a soccer school from the bluff, Durban, we ordered soccer kits for kids almost year ago now. We have still not received all our kits. We had to return kits throughout the year because of incorrect sizing and printing done by BPM. We paid in advance, in full for their services. We have emailed, called etc but still no reply still waiting on some kit.
