Crashed into my car now giving me problems

On the 5th of April 2016 at around 6 pm, one of the drivers(David Giliomee) of BPCR towing truck crashed in to my car in Brixton High street. When we stopped he cooperated and admitted that he was the one at fault and we then exchanged details and he even gave me his bosses details (Bianca Lesch, *** or ***). I opened a case at the Brixton Police station to get a accident Report (AR number: 28/0/2016; OB number: 2016/04/06) so that I can give it to them for their insurance claim. Now the problem is that Bianca is no longer cooperating with me and she is telling me that her insurance will contact me and it has been about 5 days now. She is no longer taking my calls rather wanting to communicate via emails and sms. I have also sent them a letter from my insurance but still they not cooperating. I just want to claim from their insurance for the damages I have incurred.
