Appalling service

I'm very unhappy and appalled with the service I received from the manager. This the second incident that happened on at BP Melrose Arch, Birnam, my girlfriend brought airtime once and through the slip by mistake at the filling station the manager didn't want to help with reprinting the same airtime while she was still there.

Second incident is when I when to by pies and soft drinks as work at Melrose Arich and always buy there. The manager double charged me and I told him even showed him from my banking app, he told me the funds would be refunded within 24 hours even today nothing.

As I usually by there I went to go buy again at a later date and found him, so I tell him the finds are not refunded he tells I must speak to my bank. How can my bank refunded cash that already credited to the garages.

I need assistance on this or I'm going to take it further than here.
