wrong fuel put in my car

on the 8th of august i went to put furl in my car clearly asking for diesel they had thrown petrol in my ford fiesta 1.6 tdci now without a car for more than a month the filling station refusing to do anything about it leaving me with the R18000.00 cost of repairing my car i went to see the owner at the BP in benoni Hartshorne St, Miles Sharp St ***

saying to me sorry i cant help you i feel this guy or BP should be liable as my car clearly states on the fuel cap diesel and on the fuel flap diesel how could they make such a idiotic mistake iv now been in touch with my legal advisory and we are taking this matter further
