Worst shop ever

If i could i would give this place 0 stars... this is not the first time it happend. Went in bp heldervue this morning for a fresh pie. When i walked in there was a huge q because there was only one till open and four people standing there doing nothing. When i got to the pies there was three pies left. I asked the lady working there is there pies busy baking? She said yes its almost done so i waited. I was so shocked when she opened the oven they baked four pies???? Only four what the hell?? Theres never a full range of pies.
