Worst Service from the manager at the BP

I went in the morning to fill up with petrol, I was planning on drawing money at the FNB there, after I told the attendant to fill up my car I went to draw the money but the machine was not working, after waiting 15 minutes for somebody to assist me with the problem the manager came to help - Ian. He informed me that the only way I can leave is if I left my cell phone with him, I explained this was not an option as I work with my phone during the day, I told him I would leave him with my drivers license and my ID book, and would be back in the afternoon to pay the petrol. He was so rude and unhelpful. He had a rivolting attitude towards me and treated me very badly. After trying to explain that I couldnt help that his ATM was out of service, he simply told me that he expects customers to arrive with money to put petrol in - I dont know where he thinks money comes from - If you dont want to offer the service of having ATMs at your shop, then do not have the facilities. In the middle of a conversation he started talking to a friend while I was still waiting for him to help me. after telling him that I wont ever be back to use them he said \ Thank G_d, I never want to see you again\" "
