Worst service from BP Mfuleni, next to Blue Downs mall

I visited a BP garage in Mfuleni, Cape Town. The attendants don't care about their duty. At around 6pm The garage was packed. Lots of cars waiting to be served. I waited for more than 10 minutes. The attendants there were just having a chat. No one is updating us as to why they aren't working. I and others pressed the bell but no one came to attend. I took a video and left the premises. I wish there was an option to upload this video. Worst service ever!!!
