Worst service ever at this petrol station

Worse service ever at BP garage Midrand old Pretoria Road. This is the only petrol station I use to fill up petrol because it's convinient since I work at the Boulders mall. In a month I spend not less that R2000 at this garage.

On the 17 April 2021 I pulled into the garage and I was behind a Red Toyota Venture and opposite to us was a white Toyota Venture. The driver for a red Venture was using one of the petrol attendants tag to pour petrol in his car as it looked bussy so I patiently waited.

Two cars pulled in to my opposite side so that made the cars opposite to me 3 with the white venture. One petrol attendant attended the white venture and proceeded to the other side to help cars that I assumed came before me and I was OK with that.

Then another petrol attendant by the name of Dimakatso came and helped the driver for the red venture to get his points on his pnp card then went to the opposite side to help one of the two cars that pulled in while I was there,. I stil kept my cool thinking he woukd come to me after the first one but then he proceeded to help the second one and that's when I approached him and calmly mentioned that I was there before the two cars but he said that I'm not telling the truth which blatently meant I'm lying. I then told him that I know what I'm talking about and that the cameras can attest to what I'm saying. He continued to say I came last so I will be the last one to be served.

The petrol attendant who helped the white venture by the name of Tebogo then came and assisted me and apologized for the behavior of his collegue.

Im not happy with how I was treated especially when I spend so much money at this petrol station. I have been using this petrol station since 2018 so when I round off the figure I have spend at this petrol station its plus minus R45. 000 because even when I take long distances I make sure I fill my car up at this garage before I leave.

Please use a first come first serve method so it's fair to all your clients to avoid loosing some of your clients and please take your petrol attendants through a training where they will learn how to curb their attitude if thers anything like that cause I can't tolerate a bad attitude and feel comfortable spending money there.
