Worst service ever

In the morning around 07h00 am I went to BP garage in Soshanguve, Transfer block H ( next to Total garage) to be specific to fill my car with petrol and as I got there and waited to be assisted a guy called Hlabisi or Hlarisi as per name tag was holding a board and I asked him if he was the one that was going to assist me however he said he is only checking meter readings before the next shift can start, well as I was speaking to him a few staff members I think they were 4 were waiting by the office , I guess they were waiting for him before they can start working, there was 1 more car on the other service station that I found when I got there therefore I thought it wouldn't take long for me to get assistance as I see lots of staff waiting and not doing anything but talking. To my surprise a few more cars came and were assisted before I could get helped. Only after I stepped out of my car yelling and went towards the office where the staff were standing that's only when I got assisted, I waited there for more than 15 minutes getting late for work and according to them no one noticed that I never got assistance, not even the guy that was on my service station to do the reading noticed or alerted any staff member to assist me. That's the worst service ever that anyone can receive very early in the morning in a 24 hr service station . Esther Rapulana the shift supervisor did not even ensure that everyone that needed to be working at that time was there doing their job, it seems everyone does as they please at this garage, no control and leadership at all. I don't recommend anyone to use this service station after the treatment I got.
