Worst Products

<p>We bought two lattes last night. Firstly the server over filled the cups thus making it difficult to add the sugar and stir it. When we were done we covered the cups with the lids thats on on the counter. </p> <p> </p> <p>Picking up the cups was another issue. Firstly the content is extremely hot and the cups used is not sufficient in sturdiness and insolation. The lid kept falling off and we could not drink the content, due to the heat of it.</p> <p> </p> <p>We managed to reach our vehicle and I handed my cup slowly to my fiance so I could close my door and lock it (As this is South Africa) In that time my cup collapsed in her hand spilling the hot content all over her body and in her brand new vehicle over everything.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is really a bad experience as she is covered in 2nd degree burn wounds on her hand and legs and her new car seat is ruined by the coffee. We will not ever support this Wild bean coffee shop again until there is a resolution to the ****tiest cups and incompentant servers that cannot think if you over fill anything it is bound to spill. I had numerous complaints in the past as well and last night was the final straw.</p>
