Worst management ever

BP Stubensvalley has the worst management I have ever experienced. I forgot my card in my wife's car and asked if I could please rather leave another item with them for security and then return later with my wife and pay for the petrol. Kobus the manager refused to talk to me, sitting in the office telling the attendant what to say. He didn't give me the chance of day or even bother to entertain my suggestion. I put in petrol at this station once a week and the one time I forget my card they don't care! This garage will never see me again, neither will any other BP for that matter!!
