Worst horrific service

<p><span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">went to Bp garage in Kwathema in duduza rank to buy bread and snacks as per normal on my way from work... so I used my standard bank incentive card which does not need a pin you just swipe as a form of payment.. I was asisted by this rude disrespectful gal I think her is ntsoaki If i heard it corectly ... she kept on insisting that my card is a credit card even though it was written derbit.. when I tried to explain .. she started shouting and being rude to me saying since I know so much, I must do it myself... I'm not sure if the gal is illiterate or she didn't know how to use the POS machine... the tone she used was disrespectful I have never been belittled and humilatef like this before.. but I promise I will never set foot in BP garage ever in this country... BP must teach it's employees customer service and for as long as I'm around nine of my family member will use Bp anywhere...</span></p>
