Worst Customer service at BP in Mayibuye Midrand

Good day,

Today I had the worst customer service from BP in Friendship Town, Midrand I specifically requested for 95 unleaded then patrol Attended filled up with 93 instead of 95......i understand that mistakes happens but the service I got from the manager was horrible, he didn't want to come out to discuss a way forward.... I had to ask to speak to him twice and when he finally decided to come out he then arrogantly asked "what must I do?".... Is that how BP trains their managers how to deal with conflicts..... FYI I'm gonna put this on blast so that everyone knows who they are dealing with
