Window Damaged by Petrol Attendant / poor response from Sibaya BP management / Ellen Goldstone

i am a member of discovery insure for past few years. i only put fuel in at BP Garages, as i am on the discovery fuel rewards program. for past 10 mths i have been living in La Mercy and only use the Sibaya BP garage to refuel. on 22 june 2016 the petrol attendant scratched my vehile rear window and vehicle body, while cleaning. on 23rd june i called ellen goldstone to report. she asked that i get a quote, of which i did. she then requested that i get 2 more quotes, of which i did on 7th july. on 19 july i emailed to followup as did not get any reply back re the email of 2 quotes sent on 7 july. on 22 july she rep**** stating that she enquired from attendant and that the HR did a test to see if they actually did any damage, but outcome was no avail. i was not happy with this reply from them. she requested that i get a 4th quote from SMG Umhlanga ARC, of which i did and emailed to her on 26 july i emailed her the 4th quote. i also then mentioned in email that my insurer was prepared to cover the damage. i suggested that for all the inconvenience caused, time taken to get 4 quotes, she should pay the insurance co excess and give me a full tank of fuel. i have not had any reply back from her, regarding this. i personally feel this is not right - the way i have been handled by one of your garage owners. i personally feel that BP would not give such bad service to its loyal customers. please advise.
