The management and staff at BP Service Station, Srubensvalley are a testimony to the title of my review. They are a cohesive team and know the strength of an actual greeting with meaning. The counter staff go out of their way to assist you, with a smile and shared joke. Feel like friends, rather than staff. Well done to all.
