What a rude staff Jabulani

today at just before 13:23 i went to BP bedfordview. I then wanted to use the bathroom and went to the security house to ask for permission. I have used the bathroom before and this is the process i followed. Nobody was at the security house, i then proceeded going to the bathroom because the bathroom doors were open and the bathroom gate had no lock. When i was done using the bathroom, i found the bathroom gate locked. I then hit the lock to make sound for someone to come open. I could hear someone was close but i was just being ignored. Luckily i had my phone and managed to search for the bp garage number on the internet and called them on *** to get assistance at 13:23. While i was on the phone, the person who was ignoring me knock on the other side appeared and unlocked the gate. I then asked him why he was ignoring me and why he locked me inside. He answered me in the most disrespecful manner and walked away. His name tag was written Jabulani. We usually buy from this garage and the pick n pay shop happens to be our favourite shop because of the frindly service we receive from your staff. The audacity for Jabulani to speak to me in a disrespectful manner and walk away after being so disrespectful was shocking. Most of your staff at that garage hold your brand in high regard. Are customers not allowed to use your bathroom and if we are not allowed, why did jabulani lock me inside instead of informing me ? We left your garage shocked. What a rude staff
