What a bad Morning Service at BP Garage!!!!

<p>People let me share my experience at a petrol station today (BP Garage, Quigney, East London). I arrived there at about 07:40am and waited for a petrol attendant, there was a car infront of me being attended to so I waited till the guy was finished. while waiting I realised that the other petrol attendants were finished with assisting cars and attending to other coming cars while I arrived earlier than them. The guy infront of me was finished and I thought now its my turn, yhooo how wrong I was, the guy went to help other cars and ignored me deliberately. I was starting to be annoyed and angry at these guys and how I was being treated. I went out of the car mumbling to myself (Tshini bayandiqhela) to the glass window and asked for the Manager, the lady just looked at me and gave me an old slip to phone the office later for the manager (hehehehe njalo nje). I went back to my car very angry and at the same time asking myself are these the people who are sincere when looking for jobs and promise their employers that they will give good service? When they get fired they then run to the CCMA for unfair dismissal. Anyway I took the slip and some guy came after I had called several times for assistance. He did not greet me he just asked (Eyiphi- which one?) yhooo. I have worked in restuarants during my schooling years and I know what is customer service. What I got was a slap in the face and I paid for it.</p>
