Very poor service and poor management

I was there today on the 19th of November the service was very poor I have waited for 20 minutes while watching the helping other customers jumping me. I had to the manager supervisor by the name of mathapelo she didn't help. 2 petrol attendance were there and didn't assist they were there is Bonkosi,Walter and the other one I don't know his name those are the people were helping customers while I was waiting to get help they're service is very poor I can say
