Very poor customer service

<p>For me to walk into a bp from my area to have got the service i got was very appauling Mondeka the lady assisting behind the window answered me in a way that shocked me, im not sure how you guys teach your cashiers to speak to people but how do you tell a customer to listen to understand not to answer ?? and when i asked her what she said to me, she said i should not take it personal ...all this happened on Saturday 2016/09/17 at around 20:05-20:20 at the BP in Orange Farm ext 4..</p>
