Vehicle damages when asked to refill water

I wish to stress the utter disgusting service received from BP Bergbron.

The attendee damaged my vehicle when i asked to refill the water, to the point where i had to cough up thousands of rands, entertain hundreds of mails with their insurers only to find out they wont assist with the associated costs.

Maybe if you provided efficient training your guys wont damage peoples property and then run from the responsibility.
