Utmost dissatisfaction by Petrol Attendants

I went to the your garage to fuel diesel in my car & was horrified upon payment that some POS card machine cannot punch in manually my Pick & Pay card number which I had to earn points and was told by Petrol Attendant this cannot be done - shocking attitude.

I then went into your store at this Garage to buy ice & was told the same until I was further assisted by the Senior manager at the store in which he manually captured my Pick and Pay number to earn points which went through successfully.

My experience at your Garage was of most utmost dissatisfaction, due to the lack of experience by your garage attendants and once again means that Senior Managers needs to get involved to somehow rectify issues like this, however that also sometimes does not work which in my case I lost out points to fuel my vehicle.
