USELESS - TERRIBLE SERVICE - NO SPEED POINTS

BP Garage Thorntree Soshanguve the most useless garage ever the service is pathetic and terrible as a result i put petrol at shell or Rosslyn garage but BP is 5 minutes away from my house i'd rather drive 7k to support shell or Total than BP Garage Thorntree Soshanguve its pathetic, they have only 2 speed points servicing clients daily, you wait almost 20 minutes waititng for another customer to finish using the speed point and as a result it delays the time Their Manager Brian one of the funniest, professional people ever he said BP doesnt wanna give them speed points everyday its an issue there you que over 20 or 30 minutes just to put petrol and BP is taking advantage, can you please Support Brian the manager and stop playing games BP failure to help Brian will result BP losing clients because of these useless service regarding speed points the complaint is more about BP than staff the guys are good but the issue of speed points its creating big problems each and every day customers are fighting even yesterday in the morning around 7 3 customers were fighting and i spoker to Brian asked him why is there an issue regarding speed points and you guys taking time to help us said its bcause of speed points are not enough imagine 8 guys sharing 2 speed points every petrol attendant must have their speed point to service clients asap and quickly what currently is happening there is useless and its unfair on you employees and it shows how BP garage is treting its employees like nothing these people bring business and experience a whole lot the least you can do is listen to them they know what's happining there, you are at you own office but you fail to send speed points for each and every people you customers will be happy and always support BP why cant you send these speed points does it make you happy seeing clients suffer like this - its clearly stupidity at its best and for that reason will never ever support BP because of how you treat you people and i will always advise my family not to support BP any more unless there's a change and yu give Brian speed points every petrol attendant must have their own speed point that's business sense and its customer satisfaction to you clinets, stop being naïve and ********
