Unsattisfied customer

Hi there I am a loyal cliet of BP Standford Road ,Port Elizabeth I participated in the promtion where I bought gas to the value of R4 000 over two months , received two vouchers for the rands value Im being driving around to redeem the model cars that is on promotion, but Im starting to think this is a **** because no BP garages closest to my residence have stock (three Bp garages in cape road ,Bp standford road, BP beetlestone road) If you dont honour your agreement you will loose customers.
