Unsatisfactory service at bpbrickfield

Unsatisfactory service at bp Brickfield, Vosloorus.... I have 2 bad experiences with pump number 4 at #bpbrickfield, I went pumped in r100,I had 1 bar remaining, and I received no additional bar on my gauge, same thing happened last month and I was told I'm not the only 1, but could come back to see the manager since I didn't request a slip. I then asked the supervisor and he assured me the pump is working just fine. I asked him to put additional r80, totaling r180 and still no extra bar appeared whereas last Friday I went to put r200 with petrol warning sign on and I got 3 bars at a different pump. I feel ****** as I paid for something I don't see. The disgusting part was when the supervisor said the problem is the kind of car I'm driving and not his pump. Please get bp to investigate the pump.
